Pokémon that aren't bad, but aren't good. Their design isn't specially great, but it's not ugly either. They just aren't special in any manner. Who are they?

I didn't know about Maractus because I skipped some generations but since I've seen it in most forgettable pokemon threads I really like it. It seems to have so much character being a fluffy bunny cactus and all.
