Assuming 100/150/115/85/105/70 stats and an Adamant 204 HP 252 Atk 52 Speed spread, it fails to OHKO Shaymin with Ice Punch and gets OHKO'd and then some by Seed Flare. This is a revenge kill in the rain, but the fact that the sweep isn't unstoppable even at its peak means it's decently manageable. You end up saccing mons against rain teams anyway, so it's fair to bring up.

And then there's Chesnaught. I don't like Chesnaught in UU right now since it doesn't have a place, but a Swampert metagame would be the perfect place for it. Not only does Chesnaught take all the punishment Swampert can dish out, Chesnaught fucking sets up on Swampert if it wants to.
