Life Orb + Sheer Force.
Nidoqueen makes for a terrific Special wallbreaker. Sludge Wave for multi-targeting, Earth Power for Ground-type bitch-slappings that don't hit your teammates, and coverage for days.

Sometimes it's fun to name things after the set they can run even if you're not running that particular set.

M8, Nidoking is for that. SF Nidoqueen can make better abuse of physical-based SF set. She has access to more varied SF-affected physical moves like Crunch. Nidoking has to rely on Special moves, and his Sp.Atk. is better than Queen's anyways.
