I like Solrock more even though people generally think Lunatone is better.

They can both do a lot of things, it really depends on what you want.

They're both really bad. I like Rock Polish special Lunatone with a Life Orb because it gets great coverage options (namely Ice Beam, Earth Power). Unfortunately it doesn't get a special Rock STAB
