You could change your wifi settings to match a nintendo zone to get specific nintendo zone downloads. Assuming that's how the demo would be released, we could've done the same thing to get it without having to actually go to a nintendo zone thing.
Update made it so that doesnt work anymore.

I used to rename my router Best Buy to get items in Animal Crossing, which is what I assume OP is talking about. But OP is assuming the ORAS demo will be released that way when we don't really know. Like I said if it'sa code it should be easy to get.
