How does /vp/ feel about finicky moves such as attract, torment, flash, etc.
For me, I believe these moves are so under rated. Especially attract. It has a 50% chance of immobilizing your opponent. That's a higher chance than paralyze, even with the speed drop, I always prefer it. I run a rapid spinner mega blastoise with attract on my ou stall team, always catches people off guard, especially when it's my last pokemon. Got me to 1600

Flash is great, especially against bulky attackers who require hard hitting low accuracy moves like focus miss or stone edge, makes the moves pretty much useless.
