Which is better: Flash Fire or Infiltrator? I'll be using it in the Ghost-type tourney if that makes a difference.

For doubles infiltrator is better.

Flash Fire is good if your going to run mostly physical ghosts to bait in Wisps, but if most are special, Infiltrator is the superior choice.

He's right, though, there are a lot of weaker physical moves you can actually come in on. Getting your U-Turn user burned sucks.
That said, it's useless in a Ghost-type tourney of course.

Also, because OP is a fag, he didn't tell us the set he's running, so there's no way to give conclusive advice.

Personally I'd use a focus sash on him, and use it as a revenge killer. Mostly because this tournament will be "mega gengar - aegislash : the experience", so you can survive a faster shadowball or a shadow sneak and retaliate.
I'm not playing this competition, but I bet my money on this provoking some delicious rage.
