This is how most Megas should be. Subtle changes to the regular mon that just enhance its functionality without looking like an entirely new Pokemon.

Unless the original design was shit, then change them completely.

I'm using a Kingler and once it uses a stat boosting move, it's unbeatable but sadly some Pokemon can 1HKO it.
