What if only Poison-types could learn Toxic?

It feels weird that apparently every single Pokémon is poisonous

Can you imagine if this was implemented? Stall gets fucked out the butt. It could be the one change that completely turns the metagame on its head.

Gamefreak made toxic into ayy lmao. Every time a non poison uses toxic, its seeing alien and ayy lmao.

well they sort of helped toxic by having it never miss when poison types use it. I think they should lower the accuracy for all other pokemon instead. otherwise we'd have another clusterfuck of pokemon with toxic being transferred everywhere. actually that would happen if they removed TM06

How about we meet in the middle?

Pokemon is only badly poisoned by a Poison-type using Toxic, regular poison for the rest

Bring Toxic down to 75% acc, and Poison types can't miss. Perfect. The added rng should fuck with Stall playstyles immensely.

Some people were saying that regular poison should get a buff though. Suppose if standard poison, as in not Toxic, reduces a Pokémon's defense in a similar manner to Burns reducing attack strength. Toxic gets the added power, while regular poison becomes a useful tactic.

In what way? Walls would just be harder to deal with when you don't have Toxic for them

Imagine a Blissey happily spamming Seismic Toss while you can't whittle it down with Toxic
