>Modify natures

>Can you generate a [Pokemon]?

No, you cannot make a Pokemon with perfect IVs, EVs, Movesets, OT's, nicknames.

Be nice to people with Powersaves
Don't be greedy
Make the requests reasonable
Be patient

People with powersaves, be nice to requesters but remember, you're the one doing people a favor.
