Why use Hustle Raticate when you can use Guts Raticate?

Same power boost, doesn't miss every move ever, immune to status, and can spam an absurdly strong STAB Facade. What's not to like?

Guts Raticate can't use an item. Even with the power drop with Double Edge vs Facade, Hustle Raticate is stronger. Stick a Choice Band on it and it can 2HKO Klinklang, although it would rather have Life Orb to spam Sucker Punch.
