Scizor already has 60bp priority attack coming off from 130 base attack and Talonflame has 120bp priority attack coming from 81 base attack, so why couldn't Greninja have 40bp-100bp (average of 60bp) priority move coming off from base 95 attack?
All I'm saying that the move itself is useless atm. and giving it a buff would just make it usable.
