If I buy Omega Ruby to fight Team Magma, will Team Aqua still show up in some capacity or do they only appear in Alpha Sapphire?

Red and Blue. By the time Gen III came out I was in Middle School and it became a source of huge embarrassment to admit you ever played Pokemon, so I missed Gens 3 and 4. Once I was in college where everyone likes doing dumb kid stuff again, I got back on the wagon for Black and White.

Archie is better and doesn't appear nearly as much in Omega Ruby. Obviously Alpha Sapphire is the correct choice.
