Game Freak doesn't do events anymore, only distributions.

Sure, Navel Rock, Birth Island, and Faraway Island don't appear on Emerald's Pokénav map at all but given their stance on events now, I doubt they will make one for Deoxys.

So how does Deoxys fits with Hoenn's legendary lores again? Is he supposed to be paired with Jirachi being space-themed? Or was space a thing in Hoenn because there's a lot of observatory in tropical islands?

Southern Island is south of Hoenn. Navel Rock is between Floe and Chrono Islands in the Sevii Islands. Birth Island is south of Fortune Island and southeast of Quest Island.

Faraway Island's exact location other than "far from Hoenn" is obviously a mystery.

Back in middle school the few of us who had an AR/GS would hack in the tickets to Birth Island/Navel Rock/Faraway Island/Southern Island for $5 per island for anyone who wanted. We all thought we were powerful businessmen.

I didn't ever have a Pokewalker so I haven't heard the song, but I looked it up and it's so much better than the original, unlike most HGSS remixes.

FRLG and HGSS music in general is fine. It's pointless to argue this since it's always subjective. Plus, FRLG probably changed how some music sounded like because Masuda wanted to change things that he didn't like (source: http://www.pokemon.com/us/pokemon-news/a-conversation-with-pokemons-musical-maestro/).

I didn't even know about Deoxy's existance untill Brawl because Australia never got any Gen III events so it wasn't until the Plasma Event I got one. That's like 9 years for one Pokemon.
