EV-Training?

newfriend here, what would be the best way to level my lvl 1 Pinsir to level~90+ without giving him much EV points?
>inb4 just leave him in the pension\rarecandy
it should be a matter of hours, not days.

EV training before leveling up makes the most sense.

Do Sweet Scent horde training with exp share on. Pokerus and the power items make it pretty quick.

Oh dang, levelling up there is a pain. Just EV train first using an exp share, otherwise it's pretty impossible to not give the pokèmon a buttload of EVs.

No, do the EV training first. There is no difference whether you do it when it's level 1 or level 99, you'll get the same result.

Yes, but that only matters if you're keeping it at that level.

If you're battling at level 100, 8 Atk EVs will give you +2 to your attack stat. If you're battling at level 50, 8 Atk EVs will give you +1. It doesn't matter when you give the pokemon the EVs, they will scale as it levels up.
