Essentially turning Blue Flare/Bolt Strike into Sacred Fire, with it's chance of inflicting status. However, despite Radiant Aura giving Blue Flare/Bolt Strike almost V-Create power plus Sacred Fire chances of inflicting status, you still need to a turn to set up the terrain, plus deal with Blue Flare/Bolt Strike relatively high chance of missing.
Also note that Skymin and Ho-Oh can't abuse this increase of secondary effects, since terrain moves don't affect flying types. So Air Slashes from Skymin and Sacred Fires from Ho-Oh do not benefit from Radiant Terrain.
