Considering the fact that the Arceuses we see in game are merely avatars of the actual 1000-armed Arceus, it makes sense that it doesn't necessarily have to be more powerful than other Pokemon.

he's right. It IS literally stronger than Arceus, the pokemon equivalent of god. Also, using literally as a figurative intensifier when using hyperbole is entirely reasonable and acceptable

Groudon and Kyogre got a new meaning in ORAS. they represent the beginning and the end

Kyogre => Alpha => Primordial Sea

Groudon => Omega => Desolate Land

actually, the German meanings of Groudon's ability expresses this in an even stronger way since it says "Endland" which means... yeah, you probably can translate by yourself
