What do you fear the most about pokemon franchise? For me at the moment its remixing gen 4 music, it is very nice, and i cant imagine how would they make it any better.

Remember the Route 209 remix in Super Smash Bros. Brawl? That took a good piece from D/P and made it even better. It can be done.

No more cross-gen evos. That's about it, I think the games are all of good quality, each has its up and downs, but the downs are few and minor, so I'm pretty confident they'll stay good for a while.

They will keep giving megas to already strong as fuck pokemon while shying away of giving weaker, less popular ones.

Mega Evolution will be only for fan favorites in Japan and already strong shit.

Oh and Primal Evolutions?

At least Team Galactic will be improved. I loved Cyrus but as a team Galactic was pretty weak.

I know a lot of people like to overlook the good of gen 5 and especially gen 6, but in the past 2 gens they've really been changing things.

Gen 5
>New battle modes
>More focus on the story/characters (whether you're a fan or not)
>Worked on creating pokemon that would fit in the region (really helped, because it was the first one out of Japan)
>First region out of Japan (main series, anyway)
>First time there were real differences between the versions (black/white city, tech/rustic design)

Gen 6
>Still more focus on story/characters (despite the opinion that they're no good)
>Character customization
>Best implementation of online stuff
>Overhaul in graphics, style, and over all visual design
>New modes and implementations to streamline previously tedious things (Aime/Super training)
>First new type in 4 generations
