Apparently, other pokemon can be found over the top of the clouds. So we're basically getting Skyward Sword. With luck, the sky above hoenn will be more interesting to explore than the one in Skyward Sword.

that's stupid, but I guess it's a good way to phase out all the hacked shinies over time.

I'm still going to think positively about the possibility though. I need shiny Reshiram to be legit.
