It can't learn Bulk Up (like that poor Sawmpert, off topic), but can use Work Up I think, if it is compatible with Baton Pass it could be decent, has Cosmic Power too now but those work better on standard Lopunny. Can't even Taunt.
It's kinda an Ambipom counterpart, same power considering Ambipom compense it with items, abilities and coverage moves, what it only needs is U-Turn, as for now I was thinking about an Encore set with he dual stab and a coverage, I think Ice Punch. Will probably try it on it when it will be avaible.
Special mention to full attacker with Healing Wish.
