Every pokemon will have a mega evolution eventually, because mega evolution is based on the bond between the trainer and pokemon.So basically every pokemon has the potential except meowstick cause it's autistic.

Unfortunately, that will never happen. that'd be like removing an entire generation worth of pokemon. It's part of the main game mechanic now.

Isn't this bullshit then? I mean if it's about the bond then even bulbasaur or ivysaur could mega evolve, right? If it's not the case then they removed any possible evolution for pokémon without evolution such as Mawile.
