Okay guys, how about Gen 7 including an upgraded Underground that does streetpass and wifi, the Pokeathlon, Secret bases both on the overworld AND underground, with pokemon that can be toggled to follow or not follow behind you, Ridable pokemon as an alternative to always using the bike, Pokeamie, and a complete battle frontier, that has two tiers, the first being the default, and the second being available after you've beaten 50 rounds straight in each facility, where you are allowed to participate in a grand tournament against gym leaders from every region, as well as elite 4 members and champions from every region, AND battle frontier members from every region, where there are no pokemon or item restrictions, leaving the AI to be able to use even one-of-a-kind legendaries AND megas?

Is this good? Is this good enough to please everybody?

You got a trainer 'star' if you collected all 100 props in BW. By BW2 it was just totally useless and totally avoidable

I have to agree with this guy

Each game has a few exclusive things to make it unique, and each of those things is fleshed out (remakes make them better but my point still stands)
If Game Freak were to spend a few years putting everything into one game it wouldn't be as good because they'd be working on too much at once. Unless you want Pokemon to stop being a yearly franchise, even then we'd have to have a long ass drought to give them enough time to make the game really good. And that's in possible on Nintendo's current handhelds, so expect such a game to be on the Wii U or its successor.

Not to mention that even if that drought were OK and the extra features ended up being amazing, it would be ages longer before another Pokemon game came out with only one adventure to play through in that time.

Extra crap is called "extra" for a reason. It would be extremely boring if you all you had to play was postgame content for years while waiting for the next game.

Tragically underused in gen 6. I know it won't come back, but i'd kill for more expanded versions in gen 7 (Girafirig leaned Gallop! You can now ride Giraffarig outside of combat! And late in the game: cue epic chase-the-villain while battling from Poke'-back.

True. Some of it was shittily implemented "I can't get (item) until next MONTH?" was gawdawful), but imagine combining seasons with customize-able clothing.

Summer fashions include all the gaudy shorts and open-toed sandals, light breezy dresses for the girls... then, two months later, you have the winter formals, heavy coats, hats with the pom-pom on them...
