I suppose you can download an appropriate sav for your retail cart from pokedit or whoever. open that in pokegen, select all the pokemon you want to add to your game and generate the AR xml (Tools->Code Generator->Export). a fully custom edit of one box slot is like 20 codes so a full box is about 600. I personally don't recommend generating more than 1 box at a time because Poke Tansfer fucking sucks and it's marginally quicker to move boxes in PokeGen than it is in game (at least in BW)
