Where did Mew and Missingno. come from?
I still love doing the glitches in my emulators today and what not but what I want to know is HOW did the Mew Glitch get in the game and HOW did the Missingno. glitch get in the game?
Stories I've heard over the years
"When I was a kid, a friend of mine bought a Blue version. He played it for 2 weeks. Figured out the Missingno. glitch one day and then his game starts to glitch up. He takes it to the game shop and they tell him there's nothing they can do for him"
"Missingno. was originally a Pokeball tester that they forgot to remove"
"Mew wasn't suppose to be in the game. When they were about to finish the games, a dev jumped on it and found there was enough space to add Mew and did it with out the rest's knowledge"
