>252+ Atk Adaptability Beedrill (150 base attack) Fell Stinger vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Greninja: 224-264 (78.3 - 92.3%)Even with a massive increase in base attack, it doesn't OHKO the single frailest common pokemon in the meta. Of course, you can just say "oh well I'll only use it when the opponent is in KO range," but against an even remotely bulky opponent, it needs to be severely weakened.

Here's the moves Beedrill will require:
>Reliable Bug STAB (X-Scissor, hopefully Mega Horn)>Reliable Poison STAB (Poison Job, hopefully Gunk Shot)>Drill Run (far too good coverage to not use)You have one move left. You could use it on good, reliable moves like Knock Off, Swords Dance, Tailwind, Defog, U-Turn, etc. or you could waste it on a move that maybe once in awhile will get you an attack boost if your opponent decides to just sac something.
tl;dr Fell Stinger is way too weak to not be a situational POS move, but I'm sure /vp/ will defend it to the death like they do Physical Greninja.
