There needs to be more megas that completely change a Pokemon's playstyle and how it needs to be bred/train rather than buffing what it's already good at.

It's like you've never even tried using it. M-Scizor is for when you don't want your ninjabug to get squashed when you try to boost. Or clear hazards. Or stand up to that fucking rabbit. Or take a neutral Special hit.
Scizor is a hit-and-run attacker, Mega Scizor's in it for the long haul.

M. Scizor is a better swords dancer and support. Can revenge kill, doesn't really give a fuck about knock off, defog, bulkier, etc.

Besides, Slowbro already has Slack Off to heal.
If anything, the bigger loss is Oblivious. That Taunt immunity is nice.

Beedrills new ability is called evasion boost. Like speed boost it raises beedrill's evasion every turn.

Well, yeah. It's still pretty close to the Scizor/Mega Scizor situation. Mega Slowbro is going to be better at staying in for 3-5 turns at a time, while Slowbro is preferable if you just need to toss out a Scald or a Knock Off before getting the hell outta Dodge.
