ITT we balance the ice type in a non overpowered way.
>more ice types have the ability snow warning or filter
>more ice types know hail
>water attacks become ice typed under hail
>pokemon can't be burned under hail
>double chances of frozen status on moves under hail
>frozen gets reworked. It now lasts 2-5 turns, damaging 1/8 of hp each turn. All moves get accuracy dropped while frozen(including non damaging moves)
Ice types keep same moves and weaknesses but the rest applies.
Is it fixed? Y/n? If n, why not?
