How hard is it to obtain a pentaperfect foreign Poke without resorting to hacks/cloning?

I'm breeding one penta with one only 3IV and I'm getting worrying results. Only one of the parents has perfect IV's in speed and very few of the babies are getting a perfect IV in speed.

here are the ones I could find. One of the slowpokes has 0 speed for TR. the two Honedge are physical and special and the magnemites are just modest each.

I got a foreign female Bagon in a wonder trade and I'm breeding it with one of my own Bagons in hopes for a shiny. Only problem is... it's a HA foreign female Bagon and I want a non-HA Bagon :(

Should I search hard for another foreign female Bagon without the HA or take my chances? They're both 5iv also.

Yeah, i'll prolly never use it, but I'm pretty happy! I already had a Shiny Zangoose, so I feel like I have a duo now!
