I haven't played pokemon since Ruby, and very briefly, Pearl.

I'm currently playing White on a brand new 3DS XL.

Can someone give me the rundown on what's new in this game? Cool things to do? I haven't touched a pokemon game in about 6 or 7 years.

Dream world was kinda fun when it was still running.
Theres still alot of pokemon you can catch post game and legends.
I thought it was ok but most of /vp/ loved it I think.

Seriibii or the official Pokemon site can help you, but, those are a few

Downsides:

>possibly no customization of character
>so far looks somewhat unnatural with very "square" corners

I don't know much more, but, it looks pretty great so far

No problem. What starter are you getting? I originally wanted Mudkip because of that bara beast M-Swampert, but, I really want Sceptile so badly.

The game was made to be like playing Pokemon for the first time again. No old Pokemon (other than Pikachu) are in the game until you beat the Pokemon League.

So yeah, if you have no idea what's going on that is the whole point.
