Would be ideal for me since I ship my games from US but I've given up hope.
US is either not getting it, or getting it after October 15 (so ineligible for the gift for playing it every day) for most likely pre-ordering the game at a retailer.

If the US not gonna have the codes distributed on Amazon, then I'm gonna cancel my pre-order and buy it at a retailer in my country (wouldn't have to wait til it get shipped)
