Sneaking is a new mechanic in the game. Occasionally a pokemon tail, in this case a zigzagoon, will be visible to sneak up and catch.

Sorry but it looks like its only going to stick to a few pokemon, I mean they've only shown lati@s in their mega form flying so I think it'll only be these guys. And I have a feeling this kind of flight will only be for post game, since you can find legendaries and the old games only had you find the latis after the elite four.

the eon ticket event just allows you to get the opposite lati in your game
if you have ruby with a m-latios, you can use the ticket and encounter latias as well
