It's a hybrid between Mamoswine and Weavile's Att/Speed, but with the ability to go boom and hit everything that doesn't 4x resist very hard. It's 100 base speed, despite it being a super competitive tier such that it won't ever sweep, allows it to go before most all the defensive mons that are no longer safe with M-Glalie around.
Its 100 base Speed is GOOD. If you give up the grandiose idea of having a sweeper, you get a great offensive utility mon with strong pressure.
You can run a mostly utility set with Taunt/Spikes/Explosion to be the best suicide setup since nothing is immune to explosion. You can go full offense with Ice Shard/Double Edge/Return/EQ/Explosion. You can do anything in between with Taunt or Spikes at your disposal. 100 base speed Explode with access to priority STAB Ice Shard means it'll always have something useful to contribute.
Sure, it'll never have the usage to be in OU, but it'll be OU viable, and it'll do very well for itself in all the tiers it's able to be used.
