Am I retarded? Every time I flip on Y I realize I'm still in the big city. I can't continue until some event. I beat the lightning gym and apparently all the cafes don't have any event moving NPCS

I could just as easily look of a guide for this but the thing is, I always just pick up the game, play it for 4 minutes and then just become bored and turn it off.
