but legendaries encountered in 6th Gen always have at least 3 perfect IVs so yu won't have to reset as much.

It's not actually as fun as it sounds.

That's not the Eon Ticket, though.
Latios is the version exclusive of Ruby, and Latias is Sapphire's. This replaces the roaming versions.
