The constant requesting is annoying though. I'm guilty of it myself, the power of the move is very tempting for all. Those with -ate abilities in particular would love to get their paws on it. Some mons can lay a very tenuous claim to the move making sense for them, for flavor and means of accessing it without tutors. Pidgeot, for example, breaks the sound barrier, has the move in it's breeding pool thanks to Noivern, Chatot, and Swellow, and would be quite effective with it but not outright broken. We can dream, but it's unlikely.
People who try to slap it on any Pokemon with Hyper Voice are reaching a bit further. Plus Salamence, Gardevoir, and probably even Altaria would be tough to handle with such a move in their arsenal. They don't really need it, and it doesn't fit them thematically.
It's a strange case, and GameFreak has shown a lot of restraint with the move so far, only giving it to SOME sound-based Pokemon and Swellow. No one should really expect to get it in ORAS or Z.
