We know Vibrava gets Boomburst as a level up move at 47 before we ever even touch a vibrava from ORAS. We have the shiny model of Rayquaza, who would likely be shiny locked in the real game.
There is literally no reason to think there's anything left out for any reason. Why would they not have Mega Flygon, but they'd have Hoopa 2? What possible mental gymnastics can you come up with for thinking that literal data mining giving us information on every single Pokemon in existence including ones we never knew existed just happened to skip over a few of the Pokemon in existence because reasons?
