No, now that they've gone full retard with these super 4th level evolutions, why not give all of them some cool final form?
I like Rattata/Raticate, it's my favorite of the beginner normals from every gen.

only one activation per battle though, although you could technichaly have more than one with a megastone(the transformation item). This is generaly not a good idea though
