You get this from Birch in the beginning of the game.

That's why the early game is so easy and the lategame is harder. They expect you to keep this shit on.

The things is, X and Y were still way too easy then they should be even with the Exp. Share turned off.
Your options are either playing the game on easy or with an immortality cheat.
Here's hoping ORAS is, even if only a little, harder then X/Y were, those games were pathetic.

They only got Lunatone and Solrock like in the original R/S games, but are a few levels stronger it seems

Hopefully Solrock doesn't use that godawful Sunny Day + Flamethrower + Solar Beam combo though

They need to be because of xp share. I have no problem with the new xp share mechanics but it sucked balls in X/Y since the leaders didn't get relatively stronger while your power level was balling out of control after the first two gyms if you didn't turn it off or train several different teams.
