Wally's teamwas fixed and has reached Barry's rival tier.

However May and Brendan's teams for some reason are even slightly worse than Serena and Calem teams now.

What went wrong?
Because even the movesets of their Pokemon look as bad as Serena and Calem's ones if not just worse.

I have just checked ORAS May and Brendan teams, as bad as RSE ones. The movesets are pretty garbage even if they have used TMs and STAB and had 4 moves for each team member.

Looks like Kalos ones were a little bit better.

Both ORAS and XY are shit mostly due to the movesets and even lack of moves.

Yeah, should be a daily event.
However the rematch levels are as high as Sootopolitan Wallace ones, low compared to post-game Wallace.

Wally was the real rival honestly, and his new team right out of smogon laboratories fits with this. May and Brendan's teams are at least way better than their RSE counterparts.

While it's not as good as Calem/Serena, have you seen the amount of content in XY? And the amount of content in ORAS? Its forgivable because 1. it's better than RSE's rival, and 2. there are much stronger trainers besides them.

It was so fun fighting my rival in Emerald man I sure loved fighting their strongest 3rd form Pokemon. I loved rematching them too
