Why even by the games? To play a mediocre RPG? To experience the joy of spending hours to get competitively bred/trained pokemon? To never be able to spectate games other people's games in real time? To not be able to chat with the opponent? To only have a whopping two permanent formats (lol @ Rotation and Triples) available?

On sim you've got:
>lobby and spectate system
>tons of formats, including all battlespot and VGC formats
>6v6 singles
>tiers, so shitmons can be used somewhere
>fun shit like randbats, hackmons, monotype, etc.
>seconds to make a team

Like I don't understand how anyone could ever prefer battling on cart, unless they just enjoy the animations, which is fair enough I guess.
