Added bulk lets it gets off it's D-Dances easier, and the speed lets it outspeed a lot of common threats.Steel gives it solid resists and STAB fairy killing moves, at the cost of more weaknesses. Mold Breaker is kept to let it break through levitate and sturdy.

Maybe not STRAIGHT to ubers, but it gets there eventually.
