Well in HeartGold, you got Kyogre, and in SoulSilver, you got Groudon. By that logic, I think OmegaRuby would get Palkia and AlphaSapphire would get Dialga.

This is based on the male protag normally used to represent the first version facing off with the Unova legends in the art, and the female protag facing off the Sinnoh legends.
