With Levitate you could fuck with all those Steel types that carry Earthquake such as Excadrill. I mean, yeah, it would still need a good move to hurt it, but even just the regular HP [Coverage] would put a reasonable buff to its sp. attack.

Plus it's a flying saucer and it's one of those mons who can afford bumping it's Speed to sky high because all the other stats are pretty fucking good.
It seriously just needs to get rid of that horrid ground weakness.
