how so? Crystal was amazing, its almost like Emerald to R/S.

Obviously G/S were much more well received than R/S, but Crystal is as much as an improvement to G/S than Emerald to R/S

Not OP but...
The one biggest selling feature of Crystal, mobile phone connectivity, not supported outside of Japan. But sure, if you think barely animated sprites is worth defending Crystal, be my guest.
