>>21356028Forgot to mention under Beedrill that being weak to sneaky pebbles sucks.
>Mega Lopunny: UU/OUThis thing will be very good. Should Aegislash be allowed to return to the OU metagame, it will find itself checked hard by lopunny. Something it has over other fighting types is that it's HJK can hit ghost types, so you dont need to worry about them switching in on you, making it more spammable.
>Sharpedo: OU/Ubers (not likely)I feel like people are really under selling this thing. With speed boost on its base form, you come in turn one and protect. Then turn two you can mega evolve and out speed the entire unboosted metagame. With Strong Jaw + STAB crunch this thing will have few safe switch ins, especially since Waterfall/Ice Fang/Crunch have perfect neutral coverage. Should it really become a problem, I can see it being suspected, but I find it unlikely.
>Mega Steelix: UU/OU?This guy is an interesting case. He has gr8 bulk, but a lot of weaknesses. I have a feeling he will go the way of aggron in the singles metagame, unless sand offense makes a huge comeback. Speaking of sand, I ca see this guy being used on sand teams in doubles a lot.
>Mega Sableye: UU/BL/OULike Sharpedo, sableye wont always want to be mega-evolved turn one. Losing prankster is no fun, and while magic bounce is great, pranskter taunt, recover, and WoW arent something you can just give up. Its base 50 HP is also a bit of a let down, although its defeses and typing along with reliable recovery help alieviate that. I think that it will be a mon used different ways against different teams: Mega-evolving against defensive teams, and staying in its base form against offense.
>Mega Altaria: BL/OUThis thing will be great. It has amazing defensive typing and stats, amazing offensive movepool, stats, and ability, and will be something every team will need to prepare for. It will be versatile with bulkier sets and offensive sets. It even can support your team with defog.
