As for minmaxed Megas:
Lopunny got +60 Attack
Pidgeot got + 65 Special Attack
Beedrill got +60 Attack and +70 Speed, -30 Special Attack
Slowbro got +70 Defense
Diancie got a total of +180 to its Attack, Special Attack, and Speed, +60 each, and -40 from Defense and Special Defense.
GF broke patterns quite frequently with the new Megas, and almost all of them have really good stat distribution. I think that Sharpedo and Audino could have been better, though. Groudon and Kyogre seem to have wasted points as well, but I think this is probably for balance reasons.
Mega Audino has base 80 Special Attack and 50 Speed. I think that these could have been raised a bit more, because without Hyper Voice and Moonblast, it'll be quite lacking in power.
