It gets earth power as a tutor move according to leaks, and moonblast/earth power is only resisted by skarmory, talonflame and charizard in ou that I can think of (the latter 2 being OHKOd by diamond storm even with timid (talonflame has a ~10% chance to survive with max hp/def invest +def nature and +1 def from bulk up from 0iv timid diamond storm)
