>>21371104>he doesn't think ORAS will be casualizedI'm looking forward to the game but I'm expecting a ton of casualization, honestly. They even had several interviews where they basically said that's the audience they're aiming for, between them comparing Pokemon to free social games (for some reason) to them saying they're designing ORAS with them "considering that it might be someone's first Pokemon game" or something to that effect (that and they mentioned before they think the way the game "should be" played is where you constantly swap out your team).
I'm expecting the low game difficulty to stay for a while, at least. I really hope they realize at some point that the super casual social gaming people really tend to not give a shit about games that cost like $40 to get. Until then we're just going to have to make our own difficulty through Nuzlockes or whatever. I mean post-game super teams are nice and all but I'm the kind of guy who replays the game's story mode really often with different teams, so it's nice if that has some level of difficulty.
It'd be really nice if they could at least add a fucking difficulty slider to the games. I just want another Pokemon game like Platinum, is that so wrong?
