6 has Jirachi and if you can get over Max being annoying it's a fun friendship and adventure story with a decent Monkey Paw moral.
7 has Deoxys and Rayquaza and is pretty good. Decent world and character building, nice soundtrack, and whole alien invasion story.
9 is Manaphy with Jackie the Pokemon Ranger. Kind of a mix of adventure, shonen, and spy movies, with a bit of mystery and Atlantis thrown in. Pretty good overall.
10, 11, and 12 are a trilogy for the Sinnoh legends and each are pretty good. 10 focuses on a city being destroyed by Dialga and Palkia, 11 on the distortion world and Giratina being pissed, and 12 on Arceus wanting to destroy everything because humans betrayed him.
13 is Zoroark movie which is pretty fun and runs with the concept of using illusions for personal gain and politics.
15 is Keldeo and it's kinda meh. Basically sword fighter ran from the quest and has to own up and finish it. Ash an co. don't do much.
16 is Mewtwo and Genesect and kinda delves back into the concept of nature vs. Science from the first movie. It's alright but a bit short.
