Unless you're trying for some bulk up set, always Jolly OP.
Its new speed when it goes mega put with jolly allows it to outspeed a lot more threats that it couldn't before and guarantees hitting things like Garchomp, Infernape and Mega Mom before they take you down.

Like I said, Adamant is good on a bulk up drain punch set if you want it to still be useful but Jolly helps it outspeed more.

252 Atk Gallade Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Rotom-W: 162-192 (53.2 - 63.1%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery can't really switch in
252 Atk Gallade Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Skarmory: 133-157 (39.8 - 47%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery can switch in but has to stay healthy
252 Atk Gallade Close Combat vs. 4 HP / 0 Def Garchomp: 246-289 (68.7 - 80.7%) -- guaranteed 2HKO if work down by life orb a bit then could easily pick it off

I don't know whats what in OU now with changes and all so what were you looking for in particular?

I don't remember why the spread has so many specific numbers, but there was a time I attempted to figure things out, so I just trust my younger self on that one.
